Privacy

The Centre Rogue Valley is a nonprofit. We keep only what we need to run memberships, classes, volunteering and the art shop, and we never sell or rent anyone's information.

What we keep

Your name, email and phone; pronouns and a birth month if you share them; for under-18s, a parent or guardian's name and phone. We record your check-ins, classes and events, volunteer hours, points, and purchases or donations. Staff may add short notes to help them serve you, such as access needs.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never reaches our systems; we keep only what was bought, the amount, and a reference to the Stripe payment.

Email and photos

We email you sign-in codes, receipts and anything you have signed up for. We send news and event emails only if you opt in, and we use photos of you only if you say we may. You can change both any time on your profile.

Who sees it

Our staff and trained volunteers, only as needed to help you. Our service providers (web hosting, email delivery and Stripe) process data on our behalf. We share information only if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information or asking at the front desk. We keep payment and donation records as long as tax law requires.
